Sealy slams century as Barbados beat Leewards by 115 runs, CWI Under-17 Tournament, Round 2

Port-of-Spain, Trinidad, July 24 -(www.barbadoscricket.org – Captain Nathan Sealy struck an even, unbeaten century to set up an easy win for defending champions Barbados by 115 runs against Leeward Islands in their second match of the Cricket West Indies (CWI) Rising Stars Under-17 Boys’ Tournament at Inshan Ali Park today.

Batting at No. 6, Sealy made 100 not out off 78 balls including three fours and six sixes in a total of 278 for eight off 50 overs after Barbados were sent in.

Joshua Dorne scored 53 at No. 3 and opener Micaiah Simmons 47.

Leeward Islands were bowled out for 163 in 44.1 overs.
