Gooding, Wiggins hit half-centuries in fourth Barbados Under-15 trial

Bridgetown, Barbados, April 21 – (www.barbadoscricket.org) – Oliver Gooding and Damarko Wiggins hit half-centuries in the fourth Barbados Under-15 trial match at Queen’s Park.

Opener Gooding made 61 off 66 balls with eight fours in a total of 243 off 45 overs by Antonie Darlington X1 who beat Gadson Bowens X1 by 39 runs.

Apart from Gooding, there were useful knocks from Jordan Graham (30), Kemar Dixon (26) and Shai Thorne (20 not out).

Thomas Armstrong took three for 37, Raynaldo Bourne, two for 26 and Justin Parris, two for 31.

Bowens X1 were limited to 204 for five.

Wiggins scored 51 off 88 balls including seven boundaries at No. 3. He added 110 off 28 overs for the third wicket with Malique Aimey (42).

Shem Sargeant made 30 not out.

Jahidi Hinds took two for 22 and Treysean Dottin, two for 27.
