Chase grabs 6-26, Moseley hits half-century on Day 2 of Barbados practice match

Bridgetown, Barbados, May 4 – (www.barbadoscricket.org) – Off-spinner Roston Chase grabbed a six-wicket haul and Shayne Moseley scored a half-century on the second day of the Barbados Pride three-day practice match at Weymouth.

Chase took six for 26 off eight overs as the Kraigg Brathwaite X1 closed on 145 for six in reply to a first innings total of 267 all out by Shane Dowrich X1.

Opener Moseley made 59 off 126 balls in 174 minutes.

Earlier, Jonathan Carter carried his overnight score of 67 to 85 before he was last out after Dowrich X1 resumed on 240 for seven.

Carter batted for 214 minutes, faced 154 balls and struck 12 fours and one six.

Pacer Akeem Jordan was the leading wicket-taker with three for 38 off 17 overs.
